According to UGC SAKSHAM guidelines about ‘Measures for Ensuring the Safety of Women and Programmes for Gender Sensitization on Campuses’, Faculty of Pharmacy hereby constitutes an Internal Complaints Committee of Gender Sensitization Cell.

Functions of the Committee:
  1. Enquiry will be initiated upon receiving a written complaint.
  2. Enquiry completed within 90 days and report submitted within 10 days.
  3. Meeting conducted with affected persons and decision taken.
  4. Recommendations sent to employer for action within 60 days.
  5. Appeal allowed within 90 days.
  6. False complaints may lead to action against complainant.
  7. Cases can also be filed in a Court of Law.

Reconstitution of Anti-Ragging Committee – December 2025

An Anti-Ragging Committee / Squad has been reconstituted in the Faculty of Pharmacy, Maulana Azad University, Jodhpur, to effectively curb the menace of ragging.
