We conduct Outreach Programs for the students. The following are few examples of the many community outreach projects conducted by Faculty of Education, Maulana Azad University. Following outreach programme are conducted by the faculty. Various outreach programme conducted by the University includes:
Faculty of Education organized an industrial visit for students of B.Education VII semester (2019-20) to ISCON Surgicals Ltd., Jodhpur dealing with production of various surgical items like disposable needles, IV transfusion tubes, surgical gloves etc.
The students of B.Education 1st Sem, Faculty of Education, Maulana Azad University, visited Machia Biological Park, Jodhpur for a primary knowledge of Flora and Fauna. Students visited biological garden and gained knowledge about various plants and animals of western Rajasthan. Faculty members Mr. Deepak Abhichandani and Mrs. Pooja Rajpurohit accompanied students. The natural vegetation of Machia Biological Park is dry scrub forest consisting of scanty trees and covers species like Acacia senegal, Prosopis cineraria, Prosopis juliflora, Commiphora wightii etc.
Machia Biological Park have enclosures of wild animals species like Monitor lizard, Asiatic lion, Hyena hyena, Desert fox, Jungle cat, Hedgehog etc.
Faculty of Education organized an educational tour to CAZRI, Jodhpur for students of B. Pharm. II Semestr on 18.08.2018. The tour was coordinated by faculty members: Mr. Vishnu Das and Mrs. Neha Vijay (Assistant Professors).
In August 2018, Maulana Azad University, Faculty of Education organized an educational tour for B Pharm. III semester students to Science Park, Nagar Nigam, Jodhpur, which was organized by Faculty members Mr. Sunil Saini and Ms. Upasana Khatri. This aimed at improving awareness among students about science and technology development in India.
Students of B. Pharm. IV Semester (2019-20) visited Arid Forest Research Institute Jodhpur to understand the recent developments in the field of conservation of biodiversity in the dry and hot climatic conditions of western Rajasthan.
